Great place to stay!!!
This is a gorgeous home that allows you to be able to relax while on vacation! We used this home to celebrate my Dad’s 70th birthday for the weekend. It has a nice big kitchen and dining area along with a nice size living room. The beds were very comfortable and the porches where you could sit and relax in the morning or evening was definitely an added bonus. The downstairs is very spacious with plenty of room for kids to sleep and things to do such as games, pool table etc. Definitely recommend to anyone that is looking for a place to stay!
Perfect for a large family get together
We had an amazing weekend with our whole family to celebrate our Dad’s 70th birthday. The extra large couch & dining table are perfect for any large group! The kitchen was well stocked! The downstairs had a great playroom & lots of bunk beds for children of all ages. The beds & pillows were VERY comfortable, which is rare in a beach rental. Just a short walk to the beach & a beautiful view off the back porch! I would highly recommend this amazing beach house!

My extended family and I stayed here for a long weekend in October 2024 to celebrate a milestone birthday for our Dad and this home had everything we needed and was GREAT!!! The home is decorated beautifully and is in a great location. The beach access is a short walk away. It is decorated beautifully with a coastal vibe. The living, kitchen & dining rooms were very roomy, which is exactly what our large family needed!! Two of our favorite parts of the home were the super comfortable, roomy sofa and the large dining table that provided enough room for all of us to enjoy meals together!! Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful home for others to be able to enjoy Topsail Island!!! I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!!!

A perfect, wonderful beach home! Our family enjoyed a fabulous weeks vacation in this beautiful home. The location is perfect, a block from the beach, and close to town. The house is large and has plenty of room to spread out. The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds. The basement is great for the kids…bunk beds, their own bathroom, pool table, board games, and gaming system. The front porch was perfect for drinking a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise and after a long day at the beach, we loved relaxing in the hot tub watching the sunset. The owners left a book with all the necessary information and a list of things to do and places to eat. We loved our stay and our family highly recommends Sea Why!
The Perfect Family Friendly Rental in Surf City!!!!
An absolutely beautiful large house located in the best spot in Surf City!! This is a perfect vacation spot for multiple families!! The open kitchen and family room is great for large meals and the oversized bedrooms are perfect for the whole family to spread out! The downstairs is a kids dream with bunk beds, couches, a game table, video games, and more than enough activities to keep them entertained on a rainy day! The best part is that you are just a block from the ocean!! The house was spotless, extremely clean and everything was perfect! The owners take pride in their rental! Can’t go wrong with this house!!
